Facts on File: Issues and Controversies and Gale: Opposing Viewpoints have some entries on the issues, which you can find by entering either of the databases and searching for drug testing in workplace.

In Ebsco: Academic Search Complete, you can start with a basic search for drug testing in workplace, which will retrieve several hundred articles.  From there, you can limit the search through the options on the left (full text, source type, etc.).  The headings under Subject: Thesaurus Term (particularly employees -- drug testing) can help to reduce the search to a smaller and more relevant list of articles.
