For books, go to the WorldCat link below and search proces equipment. Limit to the topic of Engineering & Technology using the limiter link on the left.

For eBooks, go to the EBSCO eBook link below. You can search "paddle mixer" and "industrial mixing"

For articles, go to our Datbases by Subject LibGuide below and select the Business and Industry tab. Select the EBSCO: All Business and Industry Databases link. Search "industrial mixing".

I also searched Google for types of impellers and found some good information.
