How do I cite a recipe in APA style?
Answer
It depends on where you found the recipe.
1. If the recipe was published on a web site such as allrecepies.com, you can follow the rules of citing a webpage on the Cite Web tab of the Cite APA Style Libguide (link below).
2. If it's your own recipe, you have two options:
a. Upload it to a recipe website, and cite it as a web source.
b. You can also follow the rules of citing an "unpublished source" or manuscript.
3. If you got the recipe from a friend or family member, you can cite it as personal communication or interview.
