Answer

For both APA and MLA citations you copy from Ebsco you will need to add a hanging indent, as the indent does not carry over when you paste the citation into an MS Word document. Highlight the citation in Word then right-click, select 'Paragraph', and in the 'Indentation' section click on the box marked 'Special' and select 'Hanging'.
