Is there a way to automatically convert APA citations into MLA citations?
Answer
While there are automatic citation generators available, there are none that will take a full APA citation and automatically format it into an MLA citation. You can enter the individual parts of an APA citation into an MLA citation generator such as EasyBib or Son of Citation to create citations, however. If the citations are for books, you can also try searching for them in WorldCat and, once you find the book in the catalog, clicking the Cite/Export tab above the item record to generate a citation. If the citations are for articles, you can try searching for them in our EBSCO databases and, if you find the article in the database, using its auto-citation feature.
