When I try to log in to the library's databases, I get a message saying my name and ID aren't valid, but I'm a student.

That happens sometimes and there are several issues that can cause this.
There are some instructions and troubleshooting tips on the Off Campus Access page (link below) available on all database LibGuides and the Distance Ed Student's Guide to the Library LibGuide.
Much of this information is also on the logon page (http://ezproxy.com.edu/login), but if you still have trouble, please call the library at (409) 933-8448 so we can make sure you can log in.
