I am unable to log into EBSCO from home

This is my first semester so I am a new user but I am using my 7 digit ID # and password and still not able to get in??

Sometimes new students do not get entered into our system properly.  I need your name and COM ID in order to look up your information.  You call me at 409 933 8202  - Kathie Goldfarb
