How do I navigate through an EBSCO eBook? I clicked on the chapter link, but don't know how to change pages.

To flip a page in an EBSCO eBook, click the arrows at the bottom of the page, under the page number.
As you say, you can click on the link to chapters. You can also search for words or phrases, using the search tool in the right hand colum. You click on the result links to go directly to the page.
