Answer

To find literary criticism articles, go to our Databases by Subject LibGuide, linked below. Click on the literature tab. You should research all the available databases.

For EBSCO, type your poem title and author name into the search box. Join them by the word AND. Use the limiters on the left to get full text and to refine by subject. Criticism and Characters and Characteristics in Literature are always good options.

For GVRL eBooks, search the name of your poem. If it's in Poetry for Students, that will retreive it.

For information on how to get citations from these databases, see the Cite the EZ Way tab in our MLA LibGuide. Refer to the Cite Web tab under the Cite MLA Style LibGuide. Instructions are listed in the box titled Web Periodicals: Articles from Databases.
