How do I cite a website in MLA style?
Answer
Use our Cite MLA Style LibGuide. Web sites will be under the Web tab or you can use EasyBib on Cite the EZ Way tab. There is also advice on formatting your paper and how to avoid plagiarism.
For EasyBib, you can try entering the URL at the top, and it will try to generate a citation automatically. If it is unable to do that, simply enter the requested information such as title, name of website, author, etc.
Be sure to double check the reference generated. You are ultimately responsible for ensuring it is correct.
