I can't find articles on sonny's blues.

Answer

There are articles on this short story in some of the COM Library literature databases.  To access the databases, follow the link below to our Databases by Subject libguide.  In the guide, select the literature tab, which will present you with a list of the available databases.  I located articles on this story in EBSCO Academic Search Complete, Gale Literature Resources, and GVRL eBooks.

In Academic Search Complete, search for "sonny's blues" (include the quotes).  You can then limit the search to full-text articles and academic journals through the limiters on the left side of the screen.

In Gale Literature Resources, select the "Works search" option on the top of the screen and search for sonny's blues.  Then click on Sonny's Blues (Short story) to view the articles.

In GVRL, searching for sonny's blues will retrieve you an article featuring, among other things a character overview, plot summary, and critical essay.
