We do have process technology books.

Go to our catalog, WorldCat (link below) and search chemical plants and also process technology. Some of these books might discuss loading racks.

Also go to our Databases by Subject LibGuide and select the technology tab. I selected EBSCO: All Technology Databases.

Also try searching the EPA and other regulatory sites.
