I am typing a word in Word, but it keeps automatically correcting it.

How can I set it to where the word is accepted each time I type it?

Answer

Yes, once the word is typed in the document and the space bar has been pressed, click the backspace button once and a box will appear beneath the word. Put your mouse over the box and it will bring up a Auto Correction option, click the down arrow and select the do not auto correct.
