I need to find an article that is referred to in an article I found online. Can you help?

COM Library does have access to this article, and you can access it through our academic databases. To find it, enter EBSCO Academic Search Complete. Once in the database, click on the "Publications" link on the top left of the screen. In the publications search bar, search for the title of the publication. In the search results, click on the desired publication. From there you can browse through individual issues and view their contents. The entire issue referred to in the endnote has full-text availability.
