To find articles on this topic, begin at COM Library's Databases by Subject libguide (linked below). The Health & Nursing tab in this guide contains links to databases that have articles about this topic. CINHAL and Academic Search Complete are particularly good sources.

From the main screen, search the database for alcohol abuse pregnancy. This will retrieve several hundred results, which you can narrow down by using the search limiters (full-text, source types, subject headings, year of publication) on the left side of the screen.
