Go to Databases by Subject LibGuide link below. Click on the Nuring and Health tab. I searched Gale Consumer Health and EBSCO Academic Search Complete, EBSCO Alt Health, and EBSCO Health Source for day spa, spa, spa stress relief and found articles that you could use.

In EBSCO, use the limiters on the left (full text, publication date, Subject-Thesaurus Term, and Subject) to narrow down your results.

I also searched our catalog in WorldCat (link below). Spa didn't retreive anything, so I used massage just to see. There were about 30 results. Some of those looked good. If you like one, click on the link, and you will find subject terms to search for similar items.
