Answer

Our Health & Nursing databases would be the ideal place to search for these types of articles.  To use these databases, enter our Databases by Subject libguide and click on the "Health & Nursing" tab.  Then select a database of your choice; EBSCO Academic Search Complete is a good place to start.  Inside the database, enter "dialysis" in the search bar and after the search has been performed you can limit to peer-reviewed articles by selecting "Scholarly (Peer Reviewed) Journals" inside the Refine Your Results box.  A broad search like this will retrieve many articles.  You can further reduce the number of articles retrieved by limiting to full text and selecting narrower subject headings from the Subject tab on the left side of the screen.
