Answer

You are in luck! EBSCO is one of several databases that will help you cite articles. Here's how:

    1. Perform a search in any EBSCO database.
    2. Click on the title of any article from your list that you want to cite.
    3. Click on the cite icon on the right side of the article:

  1. A pop up window will appear with the article or eBook cited in multiple formats. MLA style is the second to last listed:

5. Copy the citation and paste into your works cited page.

      Change It Tips:

      1. Delete the word EBSCO from the citation.
      2. If entire words in the citation are capitalized, change it so that only first letters are capitalized.
      3. Make sure it is formatted double spaced with a .5" hanging indent on your works cite page.

      It Should Look Like:

Brinkworth, Russell, et al. “First year expectations and experiences: student and teacher

perspectives.” Higher Education 58.2 (2009):157-73. Academic Search Complete.

      Web. 17 Aug. 2009.
