I tried to log into the library via Blackboard, and it didn't recognize my user name and student ID.

Answer

First, try troubleshooting using the tips from our COM log in page (link below), and see if that helps. If not, call us (the phone number is at the bottom) and we will look up your name an ID to ensure you are in the system correctly.

Also try accessing the library directly (link below), in case the problem is within Blackboard.

If you can access the library site outside of Blackboard, we will notify the DE staff that there is a problem with that link.
