Answer

Yes, to format your worksheet to look as requested. Make sure that highlight the cell or cells where the information is that you would like to format. On the Home tab in the Number category click the down arrow next to Number Format box and select the formatting that you would like to apply to the numbers. You can also right click on the number in the cell and select Format Cells to bring up the Format Cells dialog box for more selections.
